All paperback sales are final—no returns or refunds. If the books are damaged in transit, we will work with you to replace them.We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and no refunds will be given. However, we will do our best to rectify the situation which may cause delays.
International paperback orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and may be split into multiple shipments on different days. We are not currently capable of shipping to all countries. If you live outside of the United States, Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom, please reach out to support@emilykimelman.com before placing your order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy on ebooks and digital audiobooks. If you purchased the wrong version and downloaded them, we will provide a refund after you purchase the correct version.
