You don't make one of your main characters a dog if you're not that into them. ๐
My husband is not a dog lover, but he understands we will always have one in residence...possibly two once the kids get a little older. ๐ ๐
As a dog lover, I know how hard it is to be without oneโand sometimes life forces us into situations where we can't bring our four-legged friends with us.
After we lost our dog, Kinsey, we went almost five years without a dog. Our daughter was young, and we traveled so much it just didn't make sense to adopt another.
