As an author who has spent over a decade writing about equity, accountability, and the unwavering pursuit of justice, I know my platform has made it clear where I stand in this election.

I am excited to vote for the incredibly qualified, intelligent, brave Kamala Harris, and her Ken, Tim Walz. 😂 But for real, I’m not voting for the racist, rapist, fascist felon. DUH!

But you already knew that. I want to talk about something equally crucial though: voting all the way down the ballot. 

As you know, it’s not just the top of the ticket that matters. Every office, every measure, every local leader influences the justice we experience in our daily lives. Basic human rights are currently “with the states”.

So, when you vote, don’t stop at the top—vote all the way down. Make sure your representatives are not in a f***ed up cult that worships a degenerate fascist. 

Review any propositions or measures on your ballot; these initiatives are crucial steps in shaping a more equitable society. I was aware of one of the ballot initiatives in my state, but there were three more I had no idea about. 

One of them looked like a yes but the way these things are worded it might actually have meant I wanted puppies kicked at least once a year. 😂 After some research, turns out it’s a procedural issue that I do, in fact, want to vote yes on. No puppies will be harmed by its passage. 😂

And let’s be clear: if you are voting for Donald Trump, I’d prefer you unsubscribe from my newsletter and go fuck yourself. I write unapologetically about integrity, justice, and freedom. I stand firmly against anyone supporting racist, rapist fascist. On this, we cannot agree to disagree. That’s not how fascism works.

If you ever wondered what you’d do in 1939 Germany—you’re finding out now. As the descendent of Jews who survived the Holocaust, I have no interest in whatever your defense is for why you’re becoming a fascist now. 

Choosing to ignore the very clear warnings sounded by Trump’s former cabinet, and the words coming out of his actual mouth, is exactly the kind of thing all those “regular” Germans did. Trump is not hiding his intentions, that “enemy within” bullshit is straight plagiarism. Project 2025 is there for everyone to read. 

Don’t bother defending your terrible decision to me. I will never see your email, and it will be deleted it without anyone reading it. So waste your time if you must, but understand that no one over here gives a fuck about your reasons for turning into a Nazi. Trust me, they suck. And so do you. 🖕

To those of you not in a twisted cult worshipping a criminal who brags about sexual assault and plans to turn our nation into an authoritarian Christo-fascist regime, thank you for being part of this community and for standing on the side of freedom. Let’s make every vote count, top to bottom.
