So I f****d up my algorithim. 😂

So I f****d up my algorithim. 😂

I keep watching these reels of trad wives who think feminism is a problem and that feminist are out here judging and hating on stay-at-home moms. 🙄

And the reason I keep watching them is because about half of the Reels are actually other stay-at-home moms making fun of these dumbasses who don’t understand
well...a lot. 😂

So I end up watching all of them because I need to figure out whether it’s satire. Which means my entire feed is basically women in long dresses, baking, and talking about how they need a man. And half of them are serious. 😅

For the record: Feminism means we all get to choose.

Babes, just do you. It’s cool.

As long as you don’t join the evil empire and fight to make it easier to press the boot on our neck—we don’t give a f*** what you do with your bad self.

And the only reason it’s not okay to vote for the boot is because it’s not just your neck—it’s every woman’s neck. All of us.

You think we think: you shouldn’t stay home.
You think we think: you should do what we’re doing.
You think we think: about you.

But, seriously, we don’t.

We don’t care what you do—just leave us out of your asphyxiation kink. Enjoy the boot in the privacy of your own home. No kink shame. We’re just not into it.

The problem is, when you insist the boot is not there, or that the “real” issue is other women’s opinions about your love of the boot.

No one on our side is denigrating stay-at-home moms. Our policies are pro mother and child. Free lunch is our thing. Mandating insurance coverage for OB-GYN visits and childbirth? That’s Obamacare. Remember when pregnancy was a pre-existing condition? No? Shocker.

Seriously—we want to raise the minimum wage and make healthcare universal so that employers have less power over workers and allow more freedom of choice. Which would make single working parent households more viable.

We want paternity leave so your husband can stay home and enjoy the newborn stage too. We know the climate crisis is real and are fighting hard to limit the catastrophic damage so your kids have a healthy planet to live on.

We want everyone—including you—to have beautiful lives and families. For real.

We also want that for ourselves. Feminism isn’t a mandate to be a boss bitch. It’s a philosophy that says women should have the freedom to choose their own path, just like you have.

Feminist are not persecuting you—it’s the patriarchy.

Maybe you think the videos making fun of you are persecution, but they’re not. Creating laws that make your life harder? That’s persecution.

Making fun of ass-backward ideas is how smart people cope with how destructive they are. Why do you even care what a bunch of boss b*****s think of you, as long as they keep voting for policies that feed kids? How did they convince you THAT is the bad thing? 🙄

Women can’t even speak in public in Afghanistan, and you think feminism is the problem? It’s enough to make anyone who isn’t a lapdog of the patriarchy insane—or enraged. Or both!

I know a lot of people agree with me. I’m not the only person feeling stabby đŸ”Șthese days. Trust me, I see you. I am you. 😂

That’s why I write violent feminist vigilante thrillers. My Sydney Rye Mysteries are cathartic AF if you’ve ever wanted to

👏 Open hand slap someone whose convinced feminism is “the” problem
đŸ’„ Beat an incel with a metal pipe
💅 Or strangle a 🍇ist politician who shouldn’t have control over his own 🍆, let alone a nation

You know, totally normal and acceptable thoughts to be having during this completely f****d time. If you’re aware enough to understand that someone not choosing the same things as you doesn’t mean they are persecuting you, then I recommend my Sydney Rye novels to deal with our current reality.

Sydney Rye and her dog, Blue, exact justice with a vengeance. The dog doesn’t die, but the bad guys do. And it’s the only thing keeping some of us from assault charges right now. 😂đŸ€Ș😭

I’m some of us. đŸ™‹â€â™€ïž
