Honestly, 2025 was a sh** show of the highest order.

We've watched institutions crumble and illegal actions go unchecked—like the dismantling of USAID, which Congress appropriated funds for and no one had the authority to simply shut down. And yet.
We've failed to stop a lot of the agenda laid out in Project 2025. That’s the truth.
But here's another truth: it's deeply unpopular. For all their loudness, fascists are not the majority. They're just louder. And honestly? They suck. No fun at parties. Sad, pathetic people who will not win in the end.
Hate never does—not in the long run.
Has our country been irreversibly changed? Yes. But I hold onto this hope: maybe the collapse will offer us a chance to rebuild something better.
The institutions that are crumbling? They obviously needed to go. Our checks and balances are not checking or balancing enough. If they were, we wouldn't be here.
So yes, irreversible damage has been done. But as more people become aware—dare I say, wake up—we will defeat them. And we will build something better, stronger, and more aligned with the ideals this nation claims to stand for: liberty and justice for all.
Not just land-owning white men. Which is, of course, who our founding fathers were referencing when they said all men were created equal.
My resolve hasn't wavered. The resolve of the resistance hasn't wavered. If you're reading this, I'm guessing yours hasn't either.
Here's to 2026. Here's to the fight. Here's to building something worthy of the words we repeated every morning, hand on our heart, eyes on our flag.
