I talk about my anger more than my other emotions because itโs the most taboo. Anger is the emotion, as a woman, Iโm not supposed to have or express.ย
I can be sad, happy, joyful, excited, really, any emotion but angry.ย
And men, well, men are only allowed angerโitโs the one emotion they get.ย
The whole, ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ line is such BS itโs ridiculous. Are a womanโs tears more emotional than a manโs punch?
I think not.ย
So I have a full spectrum of emotions, but I write about my anger because Iโm ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต kind of woman.ย
The kind people think needs a muzzle. The kind that pisses people off by fully feeling and then expressing how effed up the world is.ย
I'm not "nice". I don't smile unless I want too. I don't agree with idiots to avoid a confrontation. I don't stay silent because other people are loud. I'm not afraid to be loud, to be called names, or to be attacked for my beliefs.ย
There is great beauty in the human experience, and there is far too much unnecessary suffering.ย
We are destroying the planet, turning toward religious fascism, and taking away rights. Iโm pissed about it. Iโm mad as hell. And Iโm going to talk about it.ย
